General features

Roller measuring machine with patented tape conveyor system, suitable for any Wet Blue leathers measuring application.

A feeding tape conveyor made with special and strong strip belts is able to transport directly the leathers under the measuring rollers, avoiding any problem of wet leathers that stick to the usual stainless steel loading table, and making so possible the measuring also of soft, small and light leathers.

A second auxiliary tape conveyor, with sliding position and two running directions, carries out an easy handling and discharging both for through-feed two operators and back-feed one operator measuring mode, allowing also the direct transfer of the leathers on another next conveyor (i.e. stacker).
The combination of the two tape conveyors and the reduced overall sizes allow to put the machine also into continuous work cycles.

Other distinctive features are: sealed measuring rollers, with two stainless steel swing-arms (patented) and reinforced plexiglas, stainless steel tables, hard chrome plating steel conveying rolls and corrosion-resistant frame with double zinc/epoxy coating.

The compact and revolving operator interface has video screen and membrane keyboard for a clear reading-out of the measuring data and an easy and quick access to the machine functions; it also houses into a proper protected box an high speed bicolour alphanumerical printer.
