Electronic measuring machine with original SELIN VACUUM SYSTEM suitable for all the types of leathers.
The Vacuum Conveyor System is composed of a set of perforated strip belts sliding inside guides; this system carries out a moving and flat table for the leathers to be measured.
The pneumatic effect of the Vacuum System grants a perfect adhesion of the leather to the strip belts below, allowing always a precise and incontestable measurement of the value of the surface of the leather which is laid out in its natural stretch. The suction degree may be calibrated accordingly to the different needs and also eliminated.
The Vacuum System, 'anchoring' the leather to the flat conveyor, avoids every possible sliding, makes considerably easier the task of the operator at the loading side and allows highest production rate always assuring the highest accuracy and the maximum output of the measure. Furthermore it also allows a dimensional compactness compared to measuring machines with traditional tape conveyors.
This model of measuring machine is also suitable to measure precious leathers for which no contact with the grain is desired.
The machine includes: automatic stamping on leather, printing out on paper, data display units on both in-put and out-put sides, electronic variation of the conveyor speed, data link to Host Computer.
